This is an excellent recipe for a quick and easy meal for a hungry family. I’d add a bit of red pepper or pepper flakes as an option to kick up the spice. The crispy texture is a big plus! I’d highly recommend it.

The chicken thighs were absolutely delicious, the skin was so crispy. I did not do the cabbage side dish, I paired it with zucciini zoodles. .Will try the tuna salad.
