It was delicious, they gave me an 8 1/2 rating out of 10, because it needed more sauce, but flavours were great! I used 2 cups of 2% milk instead of cream and next time I would use even more milk to get more of that delicious sauce, probably 4 cups. I would also double the spinach too. I deglazed the
pan when cooking the onions with some chicken broth. I served with fusili. Recommend this recipe for sure, will be making it again!! Delicious!!5 stars

I made this dish tonight and we loved it. I follow recipes to the letter and it turned out perfectly. I did butterfly the chicken and served this with orecchiette, the sauce being a perfect blend with the little shells. I can’t wait to try my next recipe from you.5 stars
