Delicious. I shopped at Trader Joe’s, so I used three jars of their roasted tomatoes, which have some of their own seasoning, so I went easy on the salt. They don’t have dried lentils, so I bought the pre-cooked packaged ones you can find in the refrigerated produce section. I added them about 15 minutes later than instructed so they wouldn’t turn to mush. It all worked out. Thanks you, as always, Lisa! I always turn to Downshiftology first.5 stars
