This is a favorite of mine! I love having these for breakfast. I add maple syrup and vanilla extract and frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries and pomegranate). It’s so hard to just eat one!! Thank you for sharing!! ❤️

This chia seed pudding was one of the first Downshiftology recipes I tried. Love its ease, flavor and versatility. I always use a plant based milk, usually organic soy milk or almond milk, and sometimes coconut milk for a treat.

Excellent recipe. I made the Chia pudding and it was absolutely delicious.
I made with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk and chobani zero vanilla yogurt.
Maple syrup, vanilla extract and my chia seeds.
It was very easy to make.
I put it in the refrigerator overnight then stirred it in the am and added my fruit and berries, Granola, nuts dried cranberries.
Next time I will add some chopped bananas and a little healthy peanutbutter. 1/2 teaspoon.

I love making your Chia Pudding recipe! It’s very easy to put together and I can add different fruits and nuts to keep it interesting and delicious! Using Mexican vanilla or almond extract really adds another depth of flavor.
