I made this sausage to have crumbles for a breakfast bake. I’m SO glad to have found Lisa’s recipe! We are trying to eat less processed food and I will gladly make this tasty sausage over anything pre-packaged in the store. Very delicious! Plus, I got to use my marjoram! 🤗5 stars

I don’t like store bought, they’re too salty and greasy. Your homemade is such a nice balance of flavors and protein.

I didn’t have marjoram on hand for this batch, so I did 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp fennel. I love the sweet sausage taste that fennel adds.

Besides breakfast, I love to add this to soup and stuffed zucchini instead of Italian sausage. I also like to grab a little sausage patty for a protein snack in mid day.
