Hi Joyce – Most of the flours I use do not have any gums in them, such as almond flour, coconut flour, oat flour, or tapioca flour. But, it will depend on what you’re making to determine which flour to use.

My friend is allergic to corn products. She claims Xanthum Gum is a mold usually grow on corn. What kind of flour can I use that does not have Xanthum Gum.
