I used to do this as well then I got one of the little egg cookers that used the steam and it works awesome and less cleanup than the instant pot. Still do the ice bath after and no shells stick. Also when I make them not using this recipe I usually use Redhot so I subbed that in for the Sriracha. Added an 1/4 of a teaspoon of dried ground red hot chilies from my garden…so good! May scale back the mustard a tad. Not too bad just a little much for my taste.5 stars

Also, the InstantPot is a far superior way to cook eggs for peeling. Low pressure, 5 minutes under pressure, 5 minutes sitting to depressurize, release any air, eggs into cold water, change water once and add some ice cubes. After cold, have fun peeling!5 stars

Everything else is perfect. I guess I could set the eggs for awhile to use your method. Love the recipe!5 stars
