Very good as is but I would like to add a little heat. Was great with steamed cauliflower. I just mixed it in with the chicken curry and served over rice. Fast, easy and delicious!

I like this recipe, but my daughter and her boyfriend love it. They both thought that it tasted like Thai food. Easy to make, and has healthy fats. Another wonderful recipe!
